Theres one thing that links everything to everyone. Something that puts us in the exact same boat as everything in existence. Life. That four letter word that is the foundation for everything, literally everything! Without life there would me no chance meetings, no falling in love, no adventures and no rollercoaster analogies. There would be nothing.

So why are we so quick to taking life for granted? And why don’t we always take the opportunities that life offer us? The word ‘life’ its self means to grow. But how can we grow in a world that doesn’t accept people who want to grow!

One who stops another from growing is incapable of allowing themselves to grow.

Why is it that positive and negative attitudes attract and repel? Why does bad things happen to seemingly good people? Why are some lives cut short?

We are told to live every second to the fullest because we don’t know when our time is up, we cant be sure that we will wake up tomorrow with the people we love and the environment we have come to know as home. Not only should we cherish all of our moments that we live and breathe, but the moments with the people around us, because one way or another everything one day will be gone as you know it. When everything is gone we won’t be remembered, nothing will know or even appreciate people and things that have shaped how we live today.

Does life have this plan for us? Are chance meetings not by chance? Is there something that has each and everything every where a set path. It decides where they begin where they end up who they know and what happens to them? Do we really have control?

I believe that we do have control. We are able to choose where we go, what we do and how we see life. You are who you choose to be and what you decide to surround yourself with. You decide who you pursue relationships with and everything is either a blessing or a lesson.

However i believe that everything happens for a reason that not only affects you but people around you. We all have many things still to learn and it’s what you have experienced (or what you haven’t experienced) that leads to your decision making and the influential life you lead.

Me, personally I don’t know where I’m going or where i want to go, I haven’t found myself and I very often find myself floating, just drifting through the places i have to be and things i have to do. All I know is that once I’m finished with having to conform to everyones expectations of me, I’m going to just leave, probably not tell anyone where I’m going or for how long. While I’m gone I’m going to find myself and what i want to do for the rest of my life. Only then will I come home knowing where I stand with this world and what it has in store for me.

I suggest you do the same, you don’t want regrets.

special thank you to the person who gave me inspiration for this blog! (you know who you are) you’re amazing!
